Well apparently there was audio I was unaware of, that gave prosecutors the confidence to raise the charge of 3rd degree murder, of George Floyd, to 2nd degree murder. I expect the manslaughter charge still applies as well if for some reason the prosecutors, and/or the courts fail in their duties.

With 1st degree murder requiring pre meditated intent, I was fairly sure that might be difficult to prove with what I saw (and can still remember about what little law was covered in high school,) which is why I felt 3rd degree was a reasonable, more easily provable charge. But hey I’m happy with a 2nd degree felony charge. Throw the book at all of those bastards.

…and never let them or anyone with the tendencies that they have shown, work in law enforcement ever again.
