I do not have a million dollars to give away. I also do not care for hypothetical, silly questions, with absolutely no relation, to things I can, or cannot do.
I have better things to do with my thinking.
Like, where are my keys?

Did you find the keys π

Oddly enough, I actually lost a key today. One of my float lines, as it came out of the boat, caught on the ignition key to the outboard, and took the damn key with it. I just got home, took a shower, after diving all day, and paddling the damn boat back in. I didn’t know the key was gone till after my last dive. We got to the boat ramp well after dark. Some days you get the bar, some days the bar gets you. (Quote from the old Jeremiah Johnson movie, if I got my movies straight.)

Were you able to start the outboard without the key? Or you had a spare somewhere?

Bought a new ignition switch. Amazon is good for something. I have a spare key for the old switch, but after an afternoon looking, and failing, to find it, I ordered the new switch. Time is money.

That was my first thought. My second thought was, “in your other hand?” because I’ve done that.
