I guess Mike Pence, our lying YEC vice president, has been busy. I can’t imagine where else this list of banned words for the CDC came from.
What is it that the Republicans and the ultra conservatives that drive them, could be afraid of with things like “evidence based” and “science based?” I’ll tell you what. Them persnickety facts have always been a thorn in the side of conservatives because they show religion to be the fraud that it is. Simple as that. They cannot stand the fact that the facts are contrary to the claims in their magic books.
You can run and hide from words I suppose. But the facts will always be the facts. Hiding from them shows what cowards they really are.
Wasn’t too long ago they banned “global warming” because it was too scary or something. Heads in the sand are very small minded people.
Other words on the ban list are fetus, transgender, diversity, entitlement and vulnerable. Pathetic sons of bitches.

Hard to imagine I know, but the total denial of reality and the tendency for our administration to find that if you believe something to be true then it is, and then to ban words, is an amazing display of the Orwellian Nightmare.

An incredible amount of people polluting an unimaginable amount of gasses into the air. Worldwide! Something the rural folks just can’t imagine.

That is a great observation. Our despot in chief is whining little sissifed wuss. That DOES make it worse on many levels.
Our Senate is barrel of rotten apples that needs upsetting. They are just as responsible for this freakish sideshow presidency as the morons who voted that jackass in.
The only way out of this shithole is for people to get out and vote. AND do not let ANY R run unopposed anywhere. We need participating voters in this last hope for democracy, and stand up people to run for office in every district.

This is what happens when what’s true becomes whatever you want to believe is true. Truthful words are just too damn inconvenient to tolerate, just like truthful principles are too hard to maintain when our desires lead us to empower our own beliefs first and think that’s acceptable. And that toxic undermining of principle for self-service comes from the very badly confused illiberal liberals who have infected society from top to bottom with this bullshit. The very worst Republicans have been handed this golden opportunity by illiberal liberals to enhance their bubble world by waving away reality… just like the Democrats have been busy advocating all of us follow in the name of ‘tolerance’ and ‘respect for diversity’ and ‘personal choice’ for the past 30+ years while substituting identity politics and group victimhood.
